The resize dialog lists four preset options and also allows you to choose a custom setting where you can specify. I have the same issue with Win 32 Disk Imager images used to create backups of SD cards for e.g. No idea what the comment of meant but it contained nothing weirder than a Windows 7 Backup stick (and the few files that were backuped after a complete fresh install of Win 7). They were created with USBIT (USB Image Toolkit). When you use Photos, it will be easy to resize image to desktop size. Windows 10 has a useful application that allows you to modify your pictures. Select your desired dimensions and click Save resized copy. Select one of the three preset sizes or click Define custom dimensions. Is there a way (windows tool, windows command line) to shrink the iso? Click the three dots icon in the top right corner and select Resize. The created iso size seems to use the full 32 GB not only the 4 GB. Only approximatly 4 GB of the 32 GB were used. I created an ISO image of a bootable USB stick with a size of 32 GB.
